Indo-Pak Relationship
India and Pakistan are the two neighboring countries holding the Kashmir territories of different parts. Both countries came into existence in 1947 by the division of the subcontinent under British rule. After a year from existence, there had been a war between these neighboring countries related to the Kashmir. Afterward, there had been three wars between India and Pakistan connecting the Kashmir conflict issue. Now, there had been 70 years of past time from the division of the subcontinent but the dispute of Kashmir is still on the way.
Before the time of division of the subcontinent under the British rule, the Kashmir registered a Muslim majority of 77% and a Hindu population of 20%. It was finalized under the British rules that every state of the Kashmir region and its population had the freedom to join any of the two divided countries of the subcontinent as a state with the agreement of the majority of the population in the respected regions.
After the division of the subcontinent in 1947 and at the end of 1948, a ceasefire was agreed and a referendum was demanded under the UN which was never conducted and soured the relationships of India and Pakistan, eventually leading to the wars over Kashmir conflict in 1965 and 1999.

Present Condition
As we know that the Kashmir territories are divided by the three neighboring countries which have shared their borders with the overall Kashmir region. The Kashmir has become the disputed area since the time of division of the subcontinent. Especially, India and Pakistan have a great conflict and dispute over the Kashmir region due to the present majorities and minorities who are living in the territories of Kashmir. Both countries want the complete rule over the Kashmir region. At present, India controls half of the region and Pakistan with a third region of the Kashmir.
In the present year of 2019, there has been a large dispute over the region due to the elimination of Article 370 by the Indian government which made it the most disputed area of the world and most searched content over the internet.
Article 370
During the early days of August 2019, there were signs of impatience in the region. A large number of additional Indian troops were sent to the Kashmir regions which spread an air of fear and rage. School and colleges were shut, telephone and internet services were suspended, tourists were ordered to leave, a major Hindu pilgrimage was canceled and the regional political leaders were placed under house arrested. Article 35A of the Indian constitution which provides entitlement to the people of the state was seemed to be removed. But then the Indian government stunned everyone by informing that they withdraw nearly all of Article 370 which 35A is a part of. It was announced on Monday by the Home Minister Amit Shah in the parliament and surprised the whole world.

Many Indian leaders and the people of the opposition also opposed the statement as it has been the basis of Kashmir's complex relationship with India according to the Indian government.
This law provided the Kashmiri's own flag, their freedom, foreign affairs, communication and defense under the central government.
According to the Indian government, Prime Minister Narinder Modi and the Bhartia Janta Party (BJP) revoked it from the Indian constitution. They want to put the Kashmir region in the same footstep as India, and also need full control over the complete Kashmir state.
Effects of Revoke of Article 370
- By revoking Article 370, the Kashmir will no longer have its own constitution and should abide by the Indian constitution like any other state of India.
- People from outside the state will be able to buy the place there.
- All Indian laws will apply to the Kashmiris.
- The government says that it will bring development to the state.
"I want to tell the people of Jammu and Kashmir what damage Article 370 and 35A did to the state. Corruption increased in the state, democracy was never fully implemented and that no development could take place."Article 370 could only be modified by the agreement of the state government, according to the constitution. Last year, after the minority of the state and the then Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti,
Indian government imposed the federal rules over the state. Now, it has become under the governor who imposed it.
Indian Brutality
India has crossed all limits of brutality in the Kashmir. There are thousands of social media sources related to the Indian brutality. India has implemented thousands of troops in the disputed regions of Kashmir. All transport and communication services including telephone and internet have been locked down. Schools and colleges have been shut down and terrorists are ordered to leave the region. Kashmiris are living with fear and rage of Indian brutality in the state. The issue has been taken worldwide attention.

Is the World Prepared for the Worst?
There have been three wars between India and Pakistan relating to the Kashmir conflict. During those wars, none of the countries was nuclear power and were not regarded as nuclear wars. Those wars were also destroyed the region but not as much as nuclear war. A single atom bomb can destroy about one-third of the country of attack. Its economy will brutally damaged and countless people will die. Moreover, it will have its effects on the upcoming generations of the region. Also, its impacts will cover global aspects of economy, health, and environment.
Solution to the Kashmir Issue
Every problem has its own solution but it needs to be accepted by the minds. These neighboring countries have produced the best of different aspects of global fields. Pakistan's Armed Forces are considered the best force in the world. India has produced brilliant IT minds and technological personalities for the world. In the aspects of the Kashmir issue, we have and we would lose a major portion of the world's economy.
The only solution to the Kashmir conflict is the dialogue or table talk. If both the parties are loyal to hold talks with clear minds, the Kashmir issue will be resolved. It is the only solution for the Kashmir conflict.

Conclusion
All humans are an example of an individual body. Whenever a single part of a body gets pain, the whole body feels it and is disturbed from the everyday function. Similarly, when an individual is hurt or gets pain, there should be a feeling in the whole nation.Nearly all human rights have been destroyed in the Kashmir region. There have been nearly 70 years of patience in the people of the Kashmir region which has exceeded the limits. There is a loud slogan of freedom in the sound of every Kashmiri person. Their women, children, and their values are played by the hands of heartless people of politics.
The rights of every man are diminished when the rights of one man are threatened_John F. Kennedy
Every person has a complete right to freedom. If it is not provided to him, he will fight for it.
When there is an imbalance in the world, it should be balanced not by demolishing the higher side but by empowering the lower side of the situation. It is up to us what we think about it and what kind of action we take for it.
